Tickets for The 2008 Daphne du Maurier Festival, to be held in and around Fowey, will go on general release in early March.
The events list should be available by late February and promises to include a selection of entertainment to suit every taste!

May 23rd to 26th 2008
Run to the Sun is now one of the largest custom car and VW festivals in the UK.
Bugs, beetles and campers of all shapes and sizes travel from all over Great Britain.
The famous "Show & Shine" is held on the Sunday at Tregunnel car park in Newquay Town Centre. As well as the vehicles there is a range of trade stands, refreshments and live music from early in the morning until 8pm.
The Show & Shine is a chance for everyone to show off their vehicles; you do not have to be a ticket holder to take part.
This events attracts in the region of 25,000 spectators each year.
May 24th to June 1st 2008
The Fal River Festival, now in it's third year, offers a host of events on and off the water around the Fal Estuary.

June 3rd 2008
A chance to explore the Camel Valley vineyard.
Enjoy a guided tour through the Camel Valley Vineyard with the added opportunity to learn more about wine making and a chance to sample the Camel Valley wines.
The cost is £42.00 per person.
June 5th to 7th 2008
The annual Royal Cornwall show is held at the Wadebridge showground.
This 3 day show encompasses agriculture, a dog show, equine competitions, falconry as well as trade stands and exhibitions.
There will be a food and farming marquee and craft tent, both full of Cornish produce and crafts, the flower tent with displays, and plants, flowers and arrangements to purchase.
Last year over 127,000 visitors enjoyed a full programme including live music, arena displays and a display by the Royal Artillery Parachute Team.
