Trevose is a modern second floor one bedroom apartment with views from the lounge and kitchen over Newquay’s Links Golf Course, Fistral beach and Towan Headland.
It is within walking distance of Fistral beach and Newquay town centre with its mainline railway network and bus depot, making this an ideal holiday apartment for guests using public transport. There is however limited parking available outside the property.
Trevose is ideal for a couple, but there is sufficient room for a baby in a cot.
The accommodation comprises:
Kitchen/Diner/Lounge: Kitchen is compact and fully fitted with oven, microwave, toaster and fridge with freezer compartment and within this is a small table and chairs. Open plan to the kitchen is the lounge area with sofa, arm chair, TV and DVD player
Shower Room: single shower, toilet, heated towel rail and corner wash basin
Bedroom: pine double bed and storage for clothing

The apartment benefits from night storage heaters in the lounge and bedroom

There is no lift in the property and the entrance to the apartment is up two flights of stairs, followed by a further two flights of private stairs.
