Hawthorn is a luxurious and spacious modern four bedroom semidetached house, located in Porth affording wonderful views of the surrounding countryside.
Walking distance from Newquay town centre with all of its amenities and for those of you looking for something a little more adventurous Watergate Bay is only 20 minutes walk away along the South West Coast Path.
The house provides very spacious and versatile accommodation over three floors, which could easily accommodate two families or couples wishing to share.
The owners are close to hand as they only live next door and you can be rest assured that both Bramble and Hawthorn are maintained to the highest of standards.
