Coastguard Cottage was originally built as a home for the Newquay Coast Guard located close to Hope Fish cellar which has now been replaced by Tower Garage.
This mid terrace cottage has retained many of it’s original features and has been sympathetically modernised to provide an ideal self catering holiday home.
Located in the heart of Newquay, close to the harbour, supermarket and local beaches it is an ideal base for families and surfers.

Private, enclosed rear garden with shed to the rear, providing storage if required. There is even an outside tap for hosing down your wet suits after a surf!

Kitchen: with built in oven, grill and microwave, gas hob, fridge/freezer, hatch through to sun lounge and door to:
Sun lounge: pine dining room table and chairs, cupboard housing washing machine. Patio doors leading to garden.
First Floor
Bedroom 1: at the front of the cottage, with a pine double bed, pine wardrobe with hanging rail and shelving, chair, side tables, reading lamps
Bedroom 2:overlooking the front, dark wood double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, chair, bedside tables, reading lamps
Bedroom 3: overlooking the garden, with bunk beds, chest of drawers
Bathroom: with a large window, bath with electric shower over, shower curtain, basin, WC
This property has an adjacent garage, reached via a lane to the side of the terrace of cottages, providing all year round free parking – a definite bonus with a property located in the town centre.
In addition a cot and highchair are available if required.
