Carnethic House can be found on the outskirt of Fowey town and its self catering accommodation is of the highest luxury standard. This majestic Georgian building is set within its own grounds overlooking south facing and award winning private gardens of approximately 1 acre. There is private car parking for two vehicles, a recently renovated all weather heated swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi.
Fowey town centre and its harbour are close by and they have retained their charm over the centuries and it is one of the most attractive towns in Cornwall. Fowey is famous for the Daphne Du Maurier Festival and its Regatta. The Eden Project and The Lost Garden of Heligan are a short car ride away and you can cross to the town of Polruan by river ferry every 15 minutes.
Carnethic House 6, which sleeps six, is a luxurious two bedroom loft style self catering apartment on the second floor of this beautiful building. The accommodation comprises:
