A deceptively spacious, self-catering, holiday home provides a wonderful view of the Cornish coastline.
It is ideally situated near the centre of town with it's many clubs, bars and restaurants and walking distance from both Fistral and the town beaches.
The property sleeps 6 people.
There is a parking space at the rear of the house and parking is permitted in the road outside.
The accommodation comprises:
Lounge with TV/DVD, dining area, kitchen with gas cooker, microwave & fridge freezer.
A toilet and separate utility room with washing machine, all downstairs.
Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms.
Two small single bedrooms, one at the rear has views of the coast.
One double bedroom and one twin.
Family bathroom; toilet, sink and bath with shower.
Facilities:
Small patio and parking space at the rear of the house with parking permitted in the road outside.
